Ephesians 3

1. For this cause , I Paulos, am the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles,
2. For indeed you have heard of the commission of the grace of God that he has bestowed to me towards you.
3. How that by revelation he made known to me, the mystery of which I wrote briefly about previously.
4. Of which you are able to come to know and perceive, my knowledge in the mystery of the Christ.
5. Which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and his prophets by his Spirit.
6. That the Gentiles are also co-heirs and fellow-members of the same body, and co-partakers of his Testament in his Christ, through the gospel.
7. For which I was ordained a messenger after the gift of the grace of God, which he gave to me, according to the energetic working of his power.
8. To me, the least of the least of all those made holy was this grace given to announce the gospel to the Gentiles , the unfathomable abundance of Christ.
9. And also to enlighten everyone, and whoever is in association with him, on the mystery kept hidden throughout the ages by the only one God, the one who created all things through Jesus Christ.
10. In order to make known now to the rulers and the authorities in the heavens through this association , the varied wisdom of God.
11. According to his purpose throughout the ages , which he brought to pass through Jesus Christ.
12. In whom we have liberty of speech and the access with confidence through faith in him.
13. Therefore, I entreat you not to be discouraged by my troubles for your sake s, which is your glory.
14. For this cause, I bow these my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15. Out of whom every family in the heavens and upon the earth was uttered ,
16. To give to you according to the abundance of his glory, his strengthening power through his Spirit within the inner man.
17. Dwelling in those in Christ through faith in their hearts with love in them well rooted and grounded.
18. So that intensely strengthened you would be thoroughly able to grasp with all those he made holy , the vastness and broadness and depth and height.
19. To know him, the surpassing knowledge of the love of Christ, so that you might be filled with all the fullness of God.
20. And to him who has power beyond everything, to do exceedingly far beyond what you ask or think, according to the power that is at work within us.
21. To him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus unto all generations for ever and ever , Amen.
